Generally when MB fails to remove something like this and so do the others its a lost cause. I have been having trouble with my computer lately, and by google-ing some of the processes that were running, I came across links to this site often and much of the Running CHKDSK /F and DEFRAG regularly will make things run smoother (Always keep at least 15% free on your harddisk). Copy and paste the content of 'hijackthis.log' and post it at one of these forums. my review here

It was her laptop first and I have had to debug this sucker a few times from the crap she downloaded. check over here I ran the latest Spybot over and over. If you install SP 2 on an infected machine it will cause serious problems. So I did search and found out that it is a virus installed software.
