We do not know what the problem is, but it seems to be specific to IE 11 and we are hopeful that Microsoft will eventually fix it. Check out the forums and get free advice from the experts. At this point we are novices ourselves, even though much of the basics of malware apply for smartphones as they do for PCs.
I have the computer all virus scanned n' stuff and I am hoping one of you guys can see somethig I am missing. Any help is appreciated.
